  • It places complete on-off control of machine in the hand of operator at blast nozzle.
  • Blasting starts just by depressing handle and stops by releasing it.
  • It saves abrasive consumption when operator changes position or is performing spot blasting, because operator can start or stop blasting at will.
  • It provides added safety to operator and other personnel in the area because should the operator, for any reason, lose the control of blast hose, abrasive blasting will stop instantly and automatically.

Abrasive Tank:

It is hydraulically tested at 250 p.s.i. It has a wide inspection hole. Its conical hopper allows complete use of all abrasive.

Automatic Exhaust Valve:

Telescoping Swinging ArmIt takes out tank air and thereby machine is depressurized instantly. The valve opens automatically with stop of air supply to the machine and vice versa.

Carbide Nozzle:

Blast Nozzle is the heart of the machine. A Venturi nozzle with long-lasting carbide lining provides extra acceleration of the abrasive/air mixture for supersonic blasting speeds. This ensures evenly distributed bigger pattern width to get high output..
